Flash High Resolution Universal Dye from GO Distribution
1. FLASHES INTO THE SYSTEM AS A MIST – FOR INSTANT DISTRIBUTION:
Flash is the only universal dye, in the HVACR or Auto industry, not cut with POE oil but rather with Cliplight’s Dry R.
Dye using POE oil, as a carrier, drops into the oil sump and is slowly picked up by the refrigerant as it passes by, taking longer to distribute through the refrigerant system and reveal the leak point.
Flash™ enters the system as mist or vapor immediately flashing through the refrigerant stream.
How: Dry R™ is light and highly miscible, that combined with the 29,000th of an inch orifice at the end of the blue charging hose allows the product to enter as a mist for instant distribution.
2. DOES NOT CONTAIN POE OIL
Dye cut with POE oil, which is hygroscopic, tends to crystallize when it comes into contact with moisture.
These crystals drop to the bottom of the oil sump leaving no dye available to find leaks.
3. HIGHLY STABLE- WILL NOT CRYSTALLIZE WITH MOISTURE
FLASH will not crystallize and is highly stable because it is cut with Dry R protecting it from moisture.
Like all Cliplight chemical tools FLASH™ is packaged in a foil sealed, vacuum pack can giving it a long shelf life.
4. CLEAN, NO MESS INJECTION EVERY TIME
The foil seal can prevents any accidental dye leaks. FLASH is injected into a system using the same method as Super Seal, using the systems refrigerant as a propellant, while holding the can upside down.
There is only 0.14 oz (4.14 ml.) of highly concentrated dye in the can. The refrigerant, which is a solvent, is the last thing to leave the can and the charging hose. Leaving the installer with a clean can (to dispose) and hose, ready to use on the next installation.
5. NO DYE INJECTOR NEEDED
No more need for an injection tool that could leak dye in your tool box. No more risk of a cartridge leaking or rupturing.
Note: Hoses from Dry R™ (a product that contains no sealant) can be reused over and over again to inject FLASH.
