Leading refrigerated transport equipment manufacturer, Maxi-CUBE will be showcasing the evolution of its product range at May’s Brisbane Truck Show.
Based on the theme ‘151 improvements’, the display will feature all the innovations that have contributed to product improvement over the years since the Classic range was originally launched at the Brisbane Truck Show, moving with the times to become more functional, economical and thermally efficient.
Speaking ahead of the show, Maxi-CUBE General Manager, Kevin Manfield comments that despite its traditional appearance, the Maxi-CUBE range of refrigerated vans is more innovative than ever. The Classic model alone has seen innovations such as the ‘Maxi-GRIP’ non-slip floor, the introduction of EBS, reverse cameras and upgraded wall construction.
Mr Manfield points out that all Maxi-CUBE are readily customised to suit the specific needs of the operator. The Brisbane Truck Show display will walk visitors through each and every one of the various improvements to the Maxi-CUBE range.
On display in Brisbane will be a Maxi-CUBE C Series Classic Reefer, along with the all-new drop deck lead Slide-A-Side. Featuring a full-length bumper to skid plate chassis design that enhances the strength and durability of the van, the C Series Classic Reefer is capable of maintaining temperatures down to -30°C.
The new drop deck lead Slide-A-Side is a hard-walled side loading trailer, giving owners increased load restraint capabilities over a curtain sider plus good thermal performance. This particular model on show in Brisbane is designed with a lead Slide-A-Side and a drop deck for extra volume in addition to mezzanine floors in the bottom section of the trailer for increased pallet capacity without the risk of damage to sensitive freight.
Maxi-CUBE and its 151 improvements can be found on stand number 30 at the Brisbane Truck Show 2013. The show runs from 16th to 19th May at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Freighter trailers and Maxi-CUBE refrigerated vans are available from MaxiTRANS Australia Pty Ltd.
