PROVAC’S hot water vacuum, regenerative air vacuum product transfer and waste management systems are now available through Food Processing Equipment (FPE).

The hot water vacuum range includes hot water carcass vacuum systems for cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, game and poultry. The regenerative air vacuum product transfer and waste handling systems for meat plants incorporate kill line waste and trim for all species.

Trotters, sheep feet and hooves, sheep and pork heads, sheep pelts, bones, fat, rind, guts, offal, paunch content and all types of plastic waste material are handled by this system.

Product transfer is not limited however to the meat industry. Its capabilities can be applied almost anywhere. Conveying concepts include liquids, cardboard, powders, bone meal, minerals, ice, grain and vegetables.

The regenerative air vacuum transfer method offers practical tailor-made product transfer and waste management systems, which can vary from 50cm to 305cm stainless steal tube sizes and convey up to 150m. The systems can incorporate multiple intake hoppers with a single catchment vessel positioned at any desired delivery position.

FPE was founded in March 2000 and operates in the general meat and food processing industries in Northern Europe, the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
