The automated loading systems that are manufactured by Flomat Industries are widely used in many warehouses all over Australia due to their efficiency in operations. The Flomat ATL System from Flomat Industries can either load or unload any trailer in as little as seven minutes. This reduces the demand for forktrucks, saves time, money and results in increased productivity, improved efficiency and faster truck turnaround times.
Flomat ATL System comes in two variants the Single Tier variant, where the loads can be stacked better efficiency in the use of trailer space and the Two Tier variant, for loads that are too fragile for stacking. These standard variations come in either light duty side loading or end loading depending on the application.
A range of accessories are available from Flomat Industries for the Flomat ATL System. Some of the accessories available are infeed conveyors, scissor lifts and bar coding.
