Flexitank (Australia) have recently completed the supply and installation of three custom designed and manufactured RainPac square bolted panel tanks.
The RainPac square bolted panel tanks were installed under the new Melbourne University building that is currently under construction in the Melbourne suburb of Carlton. Two tanks are being used for rainwater harvesting and reticulation back to the toilets in the building, while the third tank is part of the new building’s complete fire protection system.
RainPac bolted panel tanks are better substitutes because of the following reasons:
- The areas where pre-made rotomoulded tanks were installed had limited access
- The bolted panel tanks were completely custom designed and fabricated
- All the bolted panel tanks and the lining systems are fireproof
RainPac bolted panel tanks are available in circular standard sizes from 14,500 litres to 234,000 litres, and circular and square configurations as a made to order products on application. Most pricing also includes approximately 80% of standard installation. RainPac bolted panel tanks are 100% Australian made and owned.
