Flexible Pillow Tank Bladders

Suitable for static (1000 - 100,000 litres) and transportable (1000 - 50,000 litres for trays or trailers) applications
ContainerPac flexitanks (14,000 - 24,000 litres) for transport inside 20ft GP containers
20 - 500 litre water and diesel flexible bladders for 4x4, SUV and marine applications
Suitable for a vast array of liquids for short, medium and long terms storage including irrigation and potable water, diesel, bio diesel, fertilisers, molasses/ethynol, glycerin, water treatment chemicals, dust suppression liquids, transformer oils and many more - contact FTA to discuss further
Flexible pillow tank bladders offer minimal set up and break down costs, and can be designed to defence specifications to meet strict EPA standards. Furthermore, as pillow tank bladders are not installed rigid structures, lead time to use are minimalised and very little zoning approvals are required
Bund liners and dual layer flexible pillow tank bladders are available for sensitive liquids. Furthermore, FTA use only USA military specific polyurethane fabrics for sensitive liquids, such as diesel fuels.

Pipe plugs manufactured from high quality PVC and Polyurethane fabrics for high pressure applications for short, medium and long term projects
Underground cube plugs for various drilling and backfilling applications upto 10 cubic metres
Container linings for various applications
Air filled spill containment barriers and bunds
Flexible air separators for hydraulic oil and fuel separator applications
Welded seat fittings and 25mm reinforced welding for longest possible air retention

Bolted Panel Tanks

Standard capacities from 50,000 - 2,000,000 litres available for a variety of liquids
Flexible tank liners manufactured from PVC, polyurethane and polypropylene to help minimise costs and increase tank usage flexibility
All tanks utilise bolted lap joint panels (minimum 2mm thickness) and all vertical bosts are double bolted using galvanised dipped bolts
Tank diametres range from 4.392 metres and increase in 732mm increments. Heights ranging to 7 metres available incorporating a rage of flexible lining options
Installation advice and full installation services are available across the country
