The conveyors available from FlexLink Systems are based on an aluminium conveyor beam with low friction slide rails guiding a plastic multi-flexing chain. The products to be conveyed directly travel on the conveyors, pallets and carriers. Products that are handled have a weight from a few grams up to 30kg and up to 1400kg using roller and belt conveyors. The chain design permits horizontal as well as vertical change of direction.
XS 44mm plastic chain: The XS 44mm plastic chain permits transport of small items, which are otherwise difficult to handle. The chain is compact and neat in design. Examples of application areas are small ball bearings, perfume bottles, pharmaceutical bottles and sintered metal components.
XL 63mm plastic chain: The XL 63mm plastic chain is suitable for a wide range of applications and preferable in high speed applications. The chain includes components for pallet handling (XLP) and vertical wedge conveyors.
XM 83mm plastic chain: The XM 83mm chain is suitable for a wide range of applications and has higher capacity than XS and XL. The chain includes components for pallet handling (XMP) and vertical wedge conveyors.
XH 103mm plastic chain: The XH 103mm plastic chain is suitable for larger items, especially if point of balance is somewhat off centre. The chain has higher capacity than XS and XL. The XH conveyor is also available in a stainless steel version.
XK 102mm plastic chain: The XK 102mm plastic chain is suitable for larger items, especially if point of balance is somewhat off centre. The chain has higher capacity than other types and includes components for pallet handling.
XB 175/295mm plastic chain: The XB 175/295mm plastic chain travels on four slide rails. This is a wide track side flexing safety chain and has compact horizontal and vertical bends. The chain is suitable for soft packages.
