The Flex Pack Service & Supplies semi automatic IBC (intermediate bulk container) filler model 500-02 is capable of filling most liquids into 200 litre drums and 1000 litre IBC containers. The unit’s batch control via magnetic flowmeter or weigh scale is combined with compatibility with the majority of clean in place (C.I.P) systems.
The model 500-02 has a filling cycle which consists of sanitary filling and automatic capping with optional features including bag evacuation and a gas and liquid purge.
Manufactured and designed in Australia using #316 stainless steel, the 500 features a filling speed up to 6 x 1000 litre containers per hour. Electrical enclosures are built to IP 66, ensuring operation in wet environments with aggressive cleaners. This depends on product supply conditions.
IBC is able to stack when full of liquid and nest when empty. This enables users to reduce their storage, handling and transport costs. With a batch accuracy better than +/- 0.5 percent, the unit has a fill range of 200 – 1400 litres.
