Liquid Filling Machinery
Flex Pack specialises in the design and manufacture of a wide range of liquid filling equipment and other liquid filling machines.

Flex Pack also produce the Bag In Box collapsible liquid container, used primarily as a wine packaging solution (commonly known as the wine cask) and also suitable for food products, chemicals and non aerated liquids.

Flex Pack offer wide range of standard liquid filling machines and design systems to suit client's specific needs.

Flex Pack can supply complete turn key liquid filling systems for clients who prefer to have a single point of supply, Flex Pack assume responsibility for the commissioning to ensure the line meets with operation standards.

Bag Filling
A highly successful line has been Flex Pack's fillers for the Bag In Box wine package. It is the successful application of a collapsible liquid container. The inner bag collapses as the contents are dispensed. The outer area is a rigid carton containing a lightweight, convenient package with an excellent area for graphics promotion.

Automatic Drum / Pail Fillers: Options such as Cappers and Labelling
Manual and Semi Auto Systems: For Filling 200L Drums and Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC’s)
Drum Fillers: Weigh Scale or Flowmeter Batching Systems, specifically to fill difficult (Foaming) or aggressive products such as acids and alkalis
