The Flex Pack Service & Supplies automatic filler model 450-01 is a high-speed liquid filling system for drums, bottles, bags and pails.
The 450-01 is compatible with clean in place (C.I.P.) systems and has been manufactured and designed in Australia, employing #316 stainless steel components with electrical enclosure to IP 66, maximising reliability in environments in which aggressive wet cleaners are used.
Fully compliant with Australian safety standard AS 4024-Cat. 3, the model 450 from Flex Pack has a standard fill range of 0.5 to 25 litres. Batch controlled via mass or magnetic flowmeter, the unit is able to fill 6 x 5 litre bottles, 9 x 5 litre pails, and 8 x 10 litre bags with a product flow rate no slower than 2 litres per second.
With flow rate limits of 0.25 to 3 litres per second, batch accuracy is typically +/- 0.5 percent dependent on product supply system.
Liquids able to be supported include dips, cooking oils, dairy products, food service products such as paste, condiments and purees, as well as fertilisers, pesticides and detergents.
