Flanges Australia  supplies metric tube fittings and tube, metric hose fittings, flanges, pressure test systems; twin ferrule instrument fittings, adaptors, ball valves, check valves, needle valves and installation machines. All products are available in steel and stainless steel materials.

Flanges Australia offers a complete range of HydraCheck self seal test couplings to suit Dn2 and Dn4 microbore test hoses. The HydraCheck DN2 microbore hose system provides a high pressure hose system for permanent installations. The hose system offers fast connect and disconnect for checking the pressure of systems while operating to provide a diagnosis of the pressure available in all sections of a hydraulic circuit.

The coupling body is manufactured from Steel and is Zinc passivated. All internal valve components are made of stainless steel while the valve sealing material and the stud seals are made from FPM or FKM and NBR or viton materials respectively.

In addition to being used as a pressure monitor, HydraCheck components can also be used for low pressure drainage, venting or oil sampling procedures in high, low and vacuum systems.

Flanges Australia offers a complete range of port threads to suit BSPT, NPT, BSPP, Metric and UNF 'O' ring seals for the M16x2.0 connection thread.
