The debtor funding finance facility, offered by City Pacific Finance , enables to improve the cash flow and working capital position, which may allow the individual to cancel overdrafts, release equity in property as well as grow and develop the business. The popularity of debtor finance has recently exploded in Australia, with over 6,000 businesses now using the debtor finance facility, and the year to March 2008 accounting for $57 billion in debtor finance, up $9 billion on the previous period.

The debtor funding finance, a facility provided against the value of a business’ invoices, provides the individual with the ability to gain access to up to 80% of the value of the invoices within 48 hours instead of waiting up to 90 days for the invoice to be paid.
