Firetail DAQ Release High Speed USB Analog Output Module
The USB-3101FS high speed analog output module
have announced the release of the USB-3101FS high speed analog output module from Measurement Computing as part of the new high performance range of USB
data acquisition modules.
The USB-3101FS is a 4-channel, 100 kS/s simultaneously updating analog output module. The USB-3101FS also features ±30 V overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection, low crosstalk, fast slew rate, high relative accuracy, and NIST-traceable calibration.
The USB-3101FS module includes 250Vac channel to channel isolation and channel-to-earth ground double isolation barrier for safety and noise immunity.
Features of USB-3101FS high speed analog include:
- 4 simultaneously updated analog outputs, 100 kS/s
- 16-bit resolution
- ±10 V analog output range
- NIST-traceable calibration
- -40 to 70 °C operating range
- 250 Vrms channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground isolation protects the module and computer from ground spikes, and ensures a reliable data stream
- An on-board LED indicates the status of the device
- Field connections are made to a 10-position screw-terminal block
- Power for the USB-3101FS modules comes from the +5 volt USB supply from the computer. No external power is required
- Fully plug and play
Software included with the USB-3101FS are:
- TracerDAQ, a full-featured, data logging, viewing and analysis application
- Universal Library, programming libraries and drivers for most popular Windows-based programming languages
- Universal Library for LabVIEW- VIs and programme examples for LabVIEW
- InstaCal installation, calibration and test utility
