Acepak’s Medium Speed Sleevewrappers are custom made to suit customer specifications. This system automatically collates various products into specific pack configurations, then wraps and shrinks them in a shrinktunnel.
These Medium Speed Sleevewrappers are available in various formats. The units are customised, to suit to your warehouse’s floor plan. Inline, cross-infeed, (left or right) or offset-inline configurations are available.
In order to make fault finding simple and interface with existing factory control, these medium Speed Sleevewrappers can be ordered with the PLC control of your choice.
Medium Speed Sleevewrappers cater for systems with packing speeds from 10 to 20 collated packs per minute, up to high-speed systems capable of 100 packs per minute. Standard options are Cutler Hammer, Festo Telemecanique, Siemens, Klockner Moeller, and Allan Bradley. All of these Sleevewrappers are programmed by highly skilled electronic engineers.
The beauty of Acepak’s Medium Speed Sleevewrappers is that packs can either be shrinkwrapped unsupported or can incorporate flat pads either top or bottom, or four sided trays.
