The new VSNB valves from Festo are an economical and versatile solution for the control of process actuators. The valves can be used to actuate both single-acting and double-acting actuators which feature a NAMUR interface.
Customers can choose from pneumatic or solenoid actuation and monostable or bistable control. They can also choose from standard or explosion proof pilot solenoids. The valves also feature a CNOMO interface between pilot valve and control valve which enables quick and easy exchange of the pilot devices, therefore reducing maintenance costs.
VSNB valves are also a compact solution, particularly in the double solenoid version. This enables easy installation of small process actuators even when they are required to be installed in close proximity to one another.
