This year’s CIVENEX will feature an exclusive and integrated demonstration area for the latest construction equipment being exhibited at the trade event.
CIVENEX manager Frank Sticka explains that the new demonstration space, conveniently located within the main exhibition area will allow more visitors to review the latest equipment for all types of construction site challenges in live action.
Contractors in the market for a new piece of construction gear prefer interacting with the operators of the machines to get a real idea about how the equipment performs in real conditions.
The demo area was previously located away from the main expo area, resulting in quite a few visitors missing out on seeing some important innovations. Frank Sticka believes that bringing demonstrations closer to the exhibits will be helpful for both visitors and exhibitors.
The CIVENEX event showcases much more than just earthmoving equipment and agricultural implements with visitors able to view the latest innovations in civil works, infrastructure and open space management.
Widely recognised as a total supply and services environment for building better communities, the expo attracts a large number of private sector contractors as well as engineers and plant operators from federal and state government departments.
Frank Sticka adds that the event showcases the latest in innovative solutions designed to help contractors and engineers adopt more efficient and cost-saving approaches to construction, remediation and maintenance works.
CIVENEX is being held at the Sydney Dragway, Eastern Creek on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th May, 2012.
