FedEx Express (FedEx) has introduced a new online tool designed to provide customers with greater convenience when processing shipments. FedEx is a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. and one of the world’s largest express transportation companies.
Introduced in 10 Asia Pacific markets including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, the new FedEx Quick Form is an easy-to-master online tool that allows customers to generate a shipping label in just a few clicks. Customers can save previous shipping information as a profile for subsequent shipments, speeding up repetitive Air Waybill preparation, improving accuracy and efficiency of data entry when compared to conventional manual methods.
David L. Cunningham Jr., president, Asia Pacific, FedEx Express explains that the FedEx Quick Form reflects FedEx’s culture of technological innovation, with which the company continues to deliver significant business value to their customers, especially within the SME segment that makes up 90% of businesses in Asia.
He adds FedEx Quick Form makes shipping easy and intuitive, and improves the productivity of SMEs. FedEx is committed to provide better, faster, and more efficient services that streamline processes for SMEs so they can focus on business opportunities.
Customers can download the FedEx Quick Form at www.fedex.com and register as users using a combination of their FedEx account numbers and basic information. Once the shipping information has been saved, it can be reused for future consignments with shipment labels printed directly from a computer to affix to each shipment.
FedEx Quick Form further enhances FedEx’s commitment in bringing better, faster, and more efficient services to customers, helping to improve the efficiency of SMEs and making it quicker than ever for them to engage in businesses.
