AR Modular RF has once again added new power options for the wireless broadband network. Model CMS 1080 is a solid-state, new generation LDMOS power amplifier module that meets WiMAX (802.16) specifications.

WiMAX (802.16) is available from Faraday.

The 50-watt, 47dBm linear power amplifier module covers the 3.4 - 3.7 GHz frequency range. It has a scalable gain of 30 to 50dB and can be modified to meet various OFDM and NPR requirements.

The amplifier is protected from thermal overload, over power, over voltage and wrong voltage polarity and contains an internal isolator.

Model CMS1080 is part of AR’s extensive new family of power amplifier modules for wireless applications such as CDMA, HDTV, WiMAX, and more.

AR Competitive Edge products supply a multitude of RF solutions to companies around the world.
