Fantech develops Ezifit range of ventilators

Fantech  has developed and tested a comprehensive range of ventilators called Ezifit.

Fantech’s National Account Manager, Glenn Morgan, says “As the product name implies the Ezifit range is very simple to install as it removes the need for flashing up stands and metal ductwork and there are three models to choose from: Through Roof, Through Wall and In Wall.”

All 3 models include the following benefits:

• Backward curved centrifugal fan for good pressure development
• Accessible from outside the building for service or replacement
• Suitable for 220-240V 50H³ single phase power supply
• Powered by an efficient external rotor motor, fitted with precision ball bearings
• Extension lead with three-pin plug
• Quiet and smooth operation

Through Roof version comes complete with flexible rubberised flashing to suite a metal/deck roof or a tile roof soaker sheet to suite a tile roof. There are three models with capacities from 77 to 389 L/S as well as two versions of relief vents.

Glenn Morgan adds, “The Ezifit Through Roof unit is also available in a bushfire code compliant variation, an essential requirement were a roof opening occurs in a bushfire prone location.”

The Through Wall model is designed for installation on an exterior wall and has a powerful fan for applications requiring long lengths of duct. There are two models with capacity of up to 123L/S (443M³/h), both models can be easily speed controlled and are fitted with an extension lead and three-pin plug.

“The in Wall Version, Glenn adds is mounted within the wall, making it barely visible and is supplied with a neutral coloured external grille and a flywire screen to provide protection against insects of all types.” The motor is three speeds and a three-speed switch is available as an optional extra. Airflows of 155L/s (558m³/h) are achievable at high speed.

Fantech Plus range includes exhaust and ventilation fans, hand dryers, air curtains, fan controllers, duct and duct fittings, internal grilles, exhaust fan kits and heat transfer kits.
