FANTECH has released a new fan to complement its range of small diameter in-line duct-mounted fans. The new VentMaster is aimed at duct mounted applications where relatively higher system pressures are involved.
These include residential and commercial situations such as exhaust from toilets, kitchens, bathrooms, offices and restaurants.
Its robust design also makes it suitable for light industrial applications such as spot ventilation, equipment cooling, or areas where processing machines are working.
The housing is made of corrosion-resistant galvanised steel and can be mounted at any angle making it a versatile unit suitable for a wide range of applications.
The VentMaster features a backward curved centrifugal impeller driven by a speed-controlled external rotor motor fitted with manual reset thermal overload protection.
There are six VentMaster models, ranging in spigot diameter from 100mm to 315mm. All are designed for direct connection in-line with standard diameter circular dueling.
The fans can be variable speed controlled or alternatively a two-speed switch is available for Hi/Lo speed operation.
