FOLLOWING the success of the Ezifit range of thru-wall and thru-roof fans, Fantech has introduced the next generation Ezifit EIE150 In-Wall fan.

Ideal for residential and light commercial applications such as sub-floor installations and kitchen canopies, the Ezifit In-Wall fan offers powerful air extraction capability through one or more ceiling grilles.

With a 3-speed fan wired to mid-speed as standard via a 3 pin plug and lead, the EIE150 offers sufficient airflow to suit most domestic applications.

When multi point installations or long duct runs with higher air flow requirements exist, the fan can be simply changed to high speed at time of installation. Similarly, where lower noise levels are a requirement, the fan can be changed to low speed.

With the optional 3-speed switch, the EIE150 can be remotely controlled between low, medium and high speed, making it ideally suited to rangehood exhaust applications or similar.

The need for simple and easy installation was a key factor in the development of the EIE150.

The fan unit fits within a normal wall cavity through a hole measuring three bricks by one brick (standard brick sizes), with the 150mm inlet spigot at the rear of the unit. A simple louvre grille snaps on to the fan flush with the brickwork and can be painted to suit individual colour schemes.

When installed in a sub-floor or canopy installation, a 150mm duct connects through to the internal ceiling grilles. Five star requirements can also be met by adding an RSK150 backdraft damper.
