The XDS Process Analytics solution, available from FOSS , helps dairy producers to reduce out of specification production and optimise the use of valuable raw materials such as protein and fat. At the heart of the system is a near infrared (NIR) analysis unit housed in a robust cabinet. Up to nine sensor cables can be connected to the unit and the sensors positioned to measure key stages of the process.
