FLIR Systems' GF Series of thermal imaging cameras are designed to detect gas leaks quickly across a broad area including hard to reach places like tanks, pipelines and facilities.

GasFindIR Infrared Cameras are used as leak detectors in the oil and gas industry to detect Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions and repair gas leakages. These IR cameras help prevent loss in production, reduce emissions and increase safety.

FLIR GF306 Portable Infrared Cameras are designed to detect Sulfar Hexafluoride (SF6) which is a greenhouse gas with a global warming potential of 23,900 times the potential of C02.

The FLIR GF306 can be used for finding gas leaks and maintenance inspections, its features are:
  • Portable, to help improve operator safety
  • Traces leaks that are environmentally harmful
  • Contains a cooled Quantum Well Infrared Photodetector, detects gases and temperature differences
  • Temperature range from -40 to +500°C
GasFindIR Infrared Cameras can be used for the following applications:
  • Petrochemical and refineries
  • SF6 gas detection
  • Oil and gas extraction
  • Environmental enforcement
  • Municipal gas distribution
  • Service companies
Detect a wide range of gases and harsh liquids with FLIR thermal imaging technology
Other gases that can be detected by the GF306 thermal image camera include:
  • Anhydrous Ammonia
  • Chlorine Dioxide
  • Ethyl Cyanoacrylate
  • Superglue
  • Acetic Acid
  • Vinegar
  • FREON-12
  • Ethylene
  • Methyl Ethyl Ketone
The FLIR range of gas detection cameras provide accurate data of gas leaks, ensuring quick detection for increased safety. FLIR Systems Australia information and contact details
