HIGH precision forming and piercing tool manufacturer F.M. Tool and Gauge will be showcasing the company's new CNC laser engraving and marking system at Austech 2004.
This new machine enables stamping and embossing dies to be manufactured utilising up-to-date deep engraving processes.
Also being highlighted is the company's increased productivity following the installation of a new 8-axis turn centre. The centre improves production times by up to 50% in some product lines.
As the complete manufacturing process is conducted in one manufacturing cell the accuracy and consistency of the parts produced is also improved.
