Four high capacity Ezi-Duct roof ventilator fans were installed at a new recycling plant in Sydney's Western suburbs to improve air quality inside the building.
The plant built by one of Australia’s leading recycling companies had several large items of equipment operating including a diesel powered front end loader that emitted fumes and heat.
Each roof ventilator fan has the ability to extract around 50,000 m³/h @ 200 pa and is powered by a 5.5 kW 3 phase motor. All four roof fans were installed on the same day.
Manufactured from fibreglass to cut down on weight and eliminate the possibility of corrosion, Ezi-Duct’s roof ventilator fans have been delivering excellent performance at the recycling plant.
Ezi-Duct Managing Director Wayne Dockrill says that the roof ventilator fans offer a quick, simple and low cost solution for reducing heat and improving the air quality of a factory or building. Ezi-Duct’s roof ventilator fans are especially suitable for summer.
Ezi-Duct produces and stocks a large range of industrial fans and blowers. An Australian leader in dust collection, fume extraction, pneumatic conveying and mechanical ventilation equipment, Ezi-Duct also offers a large range of metal ducting in both galvanised and stainless steel, flexible ducting, dust collectors, fume extractors, Ezi-Arm fume arms and rotary valves among others.
