Fume Extraction and Pneumatic Convening Equipment in Australia has supplied a large amount of equipment installed at the North Sydney TAFE College.
Ezi-Duct Pty Ltd supplied many varied items from its large range of Dust and Fume Extraction products to Australian Dust Control Pty Ltd who were the main contractor for the turn key system.
The products supplied for soldering fume extraction system were 316 Stainless Steel Ducting, Dampers, Fittings, Transitions & 316 Stainless Steel Hoods. Supplied for welding fume extraction systems were 36 Fume Arms, Galvanised Steel Ducting, Flexible Ducting, Dampers, Fittings & Transitions.
On the 3rd welding fume extraction system special hoods were designed and fabricated. The special hoods were connected into an existing ducting system with custom-made ductwork also supplied by Ezi-Duct.
Large Centrifugal Fans, Clean-Carbo filters (Carbon and glass Cloth Filter) were also supplied on the 1st 2 systems. All the systems were installed with Ezi-Duct ducting clamps.

"We are able to install the system in much less time and the Stainless Steel & Galvanised Steel Ducting Clamps are a fraction of the costs of flanges. The advantages are long term as the customer can easily pull the system down for cleaning or if a blockage occurs.”
