Ezi-Duct , suppliers of dust collection, < fume extraction ion-Control'>pollution control, fume extraction and pneumatic conveying equipment in Australia has supplied its modular steel ducting, Ezi-Arm Fume Arms, industrial Fans and high quality flexible ducting to the BMA factory located in the Sydney western suburb of Auburn.
BMA have installed a fume extraction system to extract the smoke and odours associated with their manufacturing process. BMA installed:
- Ezi-Duct Modular steel ducting
- Four Ezi-Arm 150 mm dia x 3 mtr fume arms with spark screens & low voltage lights built in
- Two large Canopy hoods
- Two mobile caption hoods and both flexible & Steel Ducting
All the hoods were designed and manufactured by Ezi-Duct at its Auburn plant. Apart from the fume extraction system, BMA also purchased an industrial centrifugal fan that Ezi-Duct carries ex-stock off the shelf.
Because Ezi-Duct ducting simply clamps together, BMA can easily change the layout if required and can easily pull the fume extraction systems down for cleaning or if a blockage occurs. Ezi-Duct steel ducting also provides maximum air flow and has a smooth bore tube with pressed 90º bends.
