The simPRO mobile pen system from Extreme Safety comprises of three simple elements – electronic pen, dotted paper and an online database.
The electronic pen contains a rechargeable battery that lasts for over a month. The electronic pen communicates with mobile phones via the Bluetooth function so when ‘SEND’ is ticked in the box on any simPRO form, the paperwork is transmitted (via Bluetooth) to the users email, and also to the users online database.
The dotted paper is available as various forms, such as the Service Report, and also Note Pad and custom forms can be built to replicate any current forms required by the client.
The online data base and archive stores all old forms and is date and name searchable, so users can easily find old paperwork.
