M40 four gas monitors from Extreme Safety offer a simple and easy gas monitoring solution for a range of applications. The new gas monitors can monitor and log gas readings for oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, and combustibles/hydrocarbons.
M40 gas monitors will simultaneously monitor all 4 gases (O2, LEL, CO and H2S) constantly. The battery life indicator is also displayed in the lower left corner. As battery life decreases, the shaded area of the battery icon decreases.
The M40 gas monitor from Extreme Safety also features different modes. In PEAK mode the M40 will display the peak gas readings of the toxic and combustible sensor as well as the lowest reading of the oxygen sensor. The STEL mode screen will show the Short Term Exposure Limit readings for both toxic gas sensors.
For safety reasons, the gas monitors also feature a low-battery alarm. With approximately 30 minutes of run time left, the instrument will emit a beep every 10 seconds and the battery icon will be flashing.
