ExpoNet Caps Off Exciting Year with EEAA Award Win

ExpoNet received the Best Supplier Team Award at the recently-held Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia (EEAA) Awards for Excellence.

ExpoNet capped off a successful year in style taking home one of the top honours at the exhibition industry award show.

The EEAA event held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre recognises outstanding achievement and innovation in the Australasian exhibition and events industry.

Jim Delahunty, CEO, ExpoNet said the win was an exciting end to a year that saw the company change its name from Exhibition Hire/ Expo Hire in February and successfully service some 400 events at more than 100 venues nationwide.

Delahunty says that the award is testament to the hard work and dedication of their team of account managers, project managers, designers and production staff in addition to the strength of their network of branches in Sydney, Brisbane/Gold Coast and Melbourne.

One of 14 awards presented at the gala event, the Best Supplier Team category was judged on a number of criteria including accessibility, responsiveness, customer service, creativity and innovation.

ExpoNet’s Graham Solling, one of the company’s rising stars was also among the finalists for the prestigious Richard Geddes Young Achiever award.

Delahunty said the company was now preparing for an even bigger year in 2011.
