Exact Holding N.V. (Exact) announces that during the annual general meeting of shareholders on April 23, 2009, Mr. E.R. Deves, Mr. M.J.C. Janmaat and Mr. R.J. Hoevens will be proposed for appointment as new members of the Supervisory Board of Exact.
The current Supervisory Board is comprised of drs E.A.J. van de Merwe, drs J. de Boer and drs R.W.J.M. Bonnier. They were appointed for a period of four years in 2005 and have decided not to put themselves forward for reappointment.

With respect to the Board of Managing Directors, the term of appointment of both members, Raj Patel and Jim Kent ends per April 7, 2009.
Taking into account the personal considerations of Raj Patel and Jim Kent, the Selection and Nomination Committee has recommended to the Supervisory Board to nominate Raj Patel for appointment of a consecutive four-year term as CEO.
Jim Kent has decided to pursue other business opportunities and thus will not put himself forward for reappointment. He has been a member of the Board of Managing Directors since April 7, 2005 and was appointed for a fixed term of four years.
The new members of the Supervisory Board will officially be nominated for appointment and Raj Patel for reappointment at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which will take place in Amsterdam on Thursday, April 23, 2009.
