Exact Software Netherlands scored highest on innovation among Dutch software companies in research organisation CRF's annual survey of IT employers. This places Exact among the best IT employers in the Netherlands.
In the coming year Exact can use the title 'Top IT Employer'.
In addition to innovation, Exact scored very high in the company culture category.
The results of the survey were published on June 14 and are described in the book ‘Top IT Employers in the Netherlands 2008’.
With this survey CRF provides insight into the image of a number of IT employers.
Next to the results of the survey, the book ‘Top IT Employers in the Netherlands 2008’ includes interviews with employees and HR managers from the researched companies.
"I'm extremely proud that we have been selected as Top IT Employer," says Hans ten Hove, Director of Exact Software Netherlands. "That it's based mainly on innovation and company culture doesn't surprise us, as these are inextricably linked to one another."
According to Human Resources Director of Exact Software Netherlands, Nico Verbaan, "We are a real multinational with global exposure and international business guidelines, yet we can still offer our employees a lot of room to develop themselves and suggest improvements for our products and processes. In that sense we still have all the advantages of an SMB."
The survey revealed that Exact's international Job House scored very well.
"Every employee is entrepreneurial, which helps us maintain the SMB culture and continue to speak our customers' language," says Verbaan.
Presales consultant Ellen Ritmeester (with Exact for three years), agrees. "We don't have any difficult protocols and rules; there is plenty of room to submit plans and execute them. Responsibility comes quickly and we change gears quickly too."
