With far fewer moving parts than traditional roller belts, the Activated Roller Belt eliminates the catchpoints and crevices that cause jams and requires virtually no maintenance. The Intralox system is constructed of durable materials, naturally prolonging equipment life, and handles a wide range of package dimensions and characteristics, improving efficiency and productivity.

The Activated Roller Belt has been proven effective in a variety of case handling applications, including singulation, sortation, centering, merging, depalletizing, aligning, case turning, switching and 90-degree turning.
