Essex Governor Services have been awarded a 1 year contract for the complete retrofit of 4 steam turbines, which involves the removal of original hydraulic/mechanical governors and istallation of cpc actuators with 505e controls. also installed is full load share facilities and op view interface. all work being designed by EGS,manufactured inhouse,installed and hardware by woodwards/deif controls.


Conoco Phillips  compressor steam turbine retrofit
Essex Governor Services has been awarded a 1 of 26 turbine retrofit for the replacement woodward pg-pl hydraulic governor, a new design electronic actuator is being installed together with woodward 505 control. if sucsessful in operation then a full programme off upgrades will be carried out throughout the site.

London Waste. main internal power station
Essex Governor Services has been awarded a 4 turbine retrofit to remove exsisting woodward mechanical governors and replace with cpc actuators with peak 150 controls. design install deif auto load share system. all work being designed by EGS,manufactured inhouse, installed and commisioned. hardware by woodward/deif controls.

Rolls Royce astute class submarines
Essex Governor Services is now in the final stages of contract being placed for the design, build of  8 in qty woodward  steam turbine actuators for the second batch of nuclear astute class submarines. 

Kenya central power station
Essex Governor Services has been awarded a long term contract for the majour overhaul of all power stations woodward governors, also various upgrades to be carried out and with the full support of new spare equipment, this to enable an exchange programme to run over many years.
