New 32mm drive system series
offer the new powerful miniature DC-Micromotors with an outside diameter of 32mm and lengths of 42mm and 57mm supplement the proven series of graphite-commutation FAULHABER
motors from diameter 13 mm up to 38 mm.
The ironless rotor coil, System FAULHABER, and the NdFeB magnets provide the motors with better dynamic response and high levels of efficiency. With a power output of up to 84 W and continuous torque up to 7 Nm with gearhead, these drives rank among the strongest in their class feature high power-to-volume density.
Sporting a robust all-metal design with 11 different reduction ratios from 3.71:1up to 1526:1, the new precision gearhead 32/3 using planetary technology is more than convincing.
Together with the motors featuring various voltage configurations and supplemented by other FAULHABER components, such as encoders and drive electronics, there are a large number of combination options to handle a very wide range of applications.
With these ideal features they are particularly suitable for fields of application where high power and long service life are required despite there being only a small amount of space available. They are true ‘power-houses’ in the field of 32 mm diameter drive systems.
