THR pin headers
The THR pin headers available from Erntec are in accordance with the IEC 603-13 and are standard for the connection of printed circuit boards or between interfaces. The THR (Thru Hole Reflow) pin headers are designed for modules with SMT assemblies.
The new THR pin headers are supplied in tape and reel packaging to promote automatic feeding into the assembly automat. The black insulating body provides for easy camera detection and the special shape of the connection tip ensures problem-free assembly on the printed circuit boards.
The high temperature-resistant thermoplastic of the insulating body allows all conventional SMT soldering processes, reflow or vapour phase, to be used.
Erntec’s THR pin headers have the following technical features:
- Pitch of 2.54 mm
- Standard vertical pin headers with interlocking clips
- Number of pins: Standard- 10, 14, 16, 20, 26, 34, 40, 50, 60, 64
- Materials: Insulator- High temperature polymer; Contacts- Copper alloy
- Plating: Mating area- Gold plated; Termination- Sn
