ERNEST Fleming’s galvanised frame mixer has been upgraded to include a stainless steel rotary mixer and will be on show at FoodPro.
The design has also been modified to remove the nip points which existed in the old style machines.
They are now said to be ideal for wet areas and have an splash proof IP 54, 240 volt motor.
The rotary mixers are used in a diverse range of applications including chicken massaging, salad mixing, roasting and blending nuts and coffee, muesli mixing and even soap manufacture.
They are also extensively used in fish processing plants primarily for octopus, but can be used for many other purposes.
