This high density rigid spray foam has been designed for use with machine processing to fill cavities and moulded parts.
The components are susceptible to humidity and need to be kept in sealed drums at a recommended temperatures range of 18°C to 25°C, offering a typical shelf life of three months.
The thickness of the foam determines the degree of insulation, and at lower temperatures (below 15oC) reaction rates can be slower, meaning the density is increased and foam yield and quality is reduced. Additionally, at temperatures above 30oC the cream time will be significantly reduced.
