Epitech Products  has added the compact and easy to use HBS CD2301 Capacitor Discharge machine, to the Arcfix Studwelding range.

The German made stud welder, with integrated Mains Filter, has a capacity of M3 to M8 threaded CD Studs.

HBS CD2301 Capacitor Discharge machine is also suitable for some limited M10 stud applications and has a capacitance of 99000MF.

HBS CD2301 Capacitor Discharge machine has a charging voltage of 50 to 220 V with stepless voltage regulation.

The HBS CD2301 Capacitor Discharge machine is a contact and gap welding machine and is especially suitable for sheets as thin as 0.6mm in aluminium, brass, stainless steel and mild steel applications where reverse side marking is critical.

HBS CD2301 Capacitor Discharge machine is portable, having a handle, and weighs in at only 21kg. A robust contact or gap gun can be provided depending on the application and HBS CD2301 Capacitor Discharge machine has a digital display for easy monitoring of all functions.

The microcontroller provides for precise process times, optimal functional reliability and maximum operating convenience. HBS CD2301 Capacitor Discharge machine has a duty cycle of 8 to 20 studs per minute depending on the diameter and the application.

HBS CD2301 Capacitor Discharge machine compliments the range of Arcfix pins and studs and is backed up by a comprehensive stock of spare parts and a fully trained stud welding technician.
