Epitech Products to display ARCFIX stud welding products at GME 2008

ARCFIX stud welding products

Epitech Products  will be displaying and demonstrating their new range of ARCFIX stud welding products on stand 3062 at the GME in Kalgoorlie, from the 28^th to 30^th of October 2008. The ARCFIX range now includes the Koco series of arc stud welding machines and the new ARCFIX wear studs. Wear studs are used to reinforce high wear areas in applications such as buckets, dozers, trays and draglines.

The ARCFIX stud range also includes the M16 and M20 threaded arc studs suitable for wear plate in mining applications. Epitech Products is a supplier of threaded arc studs to wear plate manufacturers. Epitech Products is also a manufacturer and supplier of shear connectors in 16mm, 19mm and 22mm diameters for construction applications.

Epitech Products will showcase its ARCFIX range of shear connectors and threaded arc studs on the stands at GME 2008. The ARCFIX range includes stud welding machines and consumables, capacitor discharge (CD) pins and clips and arc studs to a 24mm diameter, both of which are manufactured in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Epitech Products will also conduct demonstrations of the new Koco 1002 arc stud welding machine that has a capacity up to 14mm diameter in threaded arc studs, together with the HBS CD 1501 capacitor discharge machine. The HBS CD 1501 is suitable for .105 pins and threaded CD studs up to 8mm in diameter. These demonstrations will be held continuously throughout the three days of the show. All ARCFIX stud welding machines are backed by a comprehensive range of ex stock spare parts. Epitech Products also offer repair and maintenance services for its range of stud welding units. 

Epitech’s Western Australian distributor, Ben Dyktynski from Studco, will also be assisting on the Epitech Stand.  Studco is a stud welding supplier and fixer based in Perth.
