Epitech Products will be displaying and demonstrating its new range of Arcfix Stud Welding Products on stand 6223 at the QME in Mackay, from the 22nd – 24th of July 2008. The Arcfix Stud Welding Products now includes the Koco Series of Arc stud welding machines. The Arcfix Stud Welding Products includes the M16 and M20 threaded arc studs suitable for wear plate in mining applications.
Epitech is a major supplier of threaded arc studs to wear plate manufacturers. Epitech is a also an Australian manufacturer and supplier of Shear Connectors in 16mm, 19mm and 22mm diameters for construction applications.
There will be a display on the Stand of the ARCFIX range of Shear Connectors and threaded Arc Studs.
The Arcfix Stud Welding Products includes stud welding machines and consumables, capacitor discharge (CD) Pins and clips and arc studs to a 24mm diameter, both of which are manufactured in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
There will be demonstrations of the new Koco 1002 Arc stud welding machine that has a capacity up to 14mm diameter in threaded arc studs, together with the PW500 (Insulation Pin Welder) and the PW900 Capacitor Discharge machines.
The PW Series are suitable for .105 pins and threaded CD studs up to 8mm in diameter, respectively. These demonstrations will be held continuously throughout the three days of the Show.
The PW Series CD machines are made by Epitech at its Smithfield NSW factory and are backed by a comprehensive range of ex stock spare parts. Epitech can also repair most makes and models of stud welding machines.
