EPICOR Software has announced the expansion of its value-added reseller (VAR) program to include more VARs with customer relationship management (CRM) expertise.
The Epicor 'Partners for Growth' channel program assists VARs in delivering Epicor's solutions to small and midmarket companies, including the Clientele CRM suite of solutions for customer support, sales, marketing and IT helpdesk.
Designed to give partners a competitive advantage, the Partners for Growth program offers VARs significant opportunities to grow their businesses by delivering powerful, web-enabled customer-centric solutions for the new economy.
The program provides VARs with the tools and resources necessary for success. Intensive training programs, access to sales resources for pre- and post-support on product demonstrations and implementations, as well as a wealth of marketing tools and programs for lead generation are a few of the resources available to Epicor partners.
With the adoption of the Microsoft .NET Framework as the foundation for its next generation of enterprise CRM solutions, Epicor is exploring partner relationships with VARs possessing skills and experience with the technology platform.
Last year, Epicor released the first CRM solution built from the ground up on the Microsoft .NET Framework and has since released two additional Microsoft .NET-based CRM solutions.
Accordingly, Epicor has aggressively sought relationships with VARs that acknowledge the heightened levels of scalability, reliability and integration capabilities that Web services-driven solutions offer.
Through its Partners for Growth Channel Program, Epicor seeks to build long-term relationships with organisations that are also focused on delivering sophisticated CRM solutions to the midmarket.
