Tapware and safety solutions specialist Enware Australia is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.
From its humble beginnings 75 years ago, this Australian manufacturer has beaten the odds through continuous innovation and steady expansion to make significant progress both at the national and international levels.
The occasion was celebrated this August with a barbecue and cake cutting ceremony at their expanded Caringbah facility.
In his official speech, Executive Chairman, Paul Degnan outlined the history of the company and its significant growth over the past 26 years since taking over the business. He was joined by his son and Managing Director, Adam Degnan who spoke about the company’s core values and belief systems.
Deputy Mayor of the Sutherland Shire, Mr Kevin Schreiber, who joined the celebrations, reiterated the importance of local manufacturing businesses such as Enware to the Shire.
Today, Enware employs approximately 170 people in Australia, with a further 30 in their Singapore, Dubai and India offices to help export their technologies into South-East Asia and the Middle East. Their product range has expanded considerably over the years, with some of the best known products including electronic tapware, thermostatic mixing valves, emergency deluge showers and emergency eyewash systems.
