Being neighbourly has worked in favour of Sydney pallet manufacturer and recycler, Enviro Pallets (NSW).
In this case, not Enviro Pallets’ neighbours at Glendenning in Sydney’s west but the neighbours of an interstate client. These neighbours were firstly attracted to the stacks of custom-made pallets in the Enviro Pallets client’s yard and then on closer inspection, the quality of the product.
The client’s neighbours who are all in the same business, enquired where did you get it and Enviro Pallets’ client, being a neighbourly type, pointed them in Enviro Pallets’ direction.
Since then Enviro Pallets has received orders for several thousand pallets from five of the original client’s neighbours.
According to Enviro Pallets’, its first client needed his pallets to be of a specific size, design and quality of hardwood and was suitably impressed when the first truckload of pallets arrived at his yard. He has since reordered on three occasions and indicated to Enviro Pallets’ that it will be doing business for a long time and Enviro Pallets’ is confident that the same will apply with his neighbours.
