PUTTING materials or components into a static storage hopper is easy; metering from that hopper usually presents problems. Enmin has developed a vibratory hopper feeder system that successfully overcomes both issues.

By having the storage hopper as an integrated part of the vibratory feeder, the system avoids blockage problems because the material in the hopper is kept live. Components of various shapes and sizes, as well as the most difficult materials, can be accommodated.

Enmin vibratory hopper feeders have been used to process large nuts and bolts, nails, as well as pressed metal components in the metal industry, grinding mill balls for the mining industry, frozen fish, carrots, potatoes in the food industry, and bulk confectionery, just to name a few applications.

Construction can be in stainless steel, carbon steel galvanised or painted. Where portability is a requirement the vibratory hopper feeder can be fitted with lockable wheels. Various hopper capacities are available and the feeder pan widths and shapes designed to suit a number of common installations.

Powered by a reliable twin vibratory motor system, accurate metering is achieved through the special frequency controller that may be integrated with on line automatic signaling programs.

Hoppers and pans can be lined with impact rubber for noise reduction or low friction plastic for abrasive materials or components. In some cases a screening section can be incorporated to remove rubbish or moisture.

Designed for ease of cleaning the Enmin vibratory hopper feeder is at home in food, chemical, metals, or mining environments.
