Enmin Vibratory Equipment supplies vibrating compaction tables designed to fill maximum net weight of product into containers and bulk bags.

Enmin Vibratory Equipment is a specialist company based in Victoria that offers a wide range of custom and standard vibrating compaction tables designed to consolidate bulk materials.

De-aeration is an important component of any filling process. If de-aeration is not generated, the container will be shipped with less than the maximum achievable weight.

Seen in the context of shipping containers or road trucks, this can translate into increased transportation costs since a lesser load is dispatched without efficient utilisation of all the potential space.

Goods can also get damaged due to shifting of loads brought about by loosening of packaging that can be caused by vibration during road or rail transport.

Tests have easily demonstrated that powdered materials such as fertiliser or food products allow up to 20% extra material to be filled in the container. In addition to cost savings, the goods arrive at their destination securely packaged and without damage.

Enmin vibratory compaction tables are usually installed at the point where the container or flexible bulk bag is being filled.

The load will be subjected to a timed and controlled vibration frequency that will quickly consolidate the material. On reaching the net weight the system simply switches off until the next cycle.

The vibrating equipment can be supplied with a standard low profile platform scale to function as standalone vibrating compaction tables or engineered to suit any filling operation such as an automatic conveying process.

The vibratory compaction tables are made from carbon steel with a painted or hot dipped galvanised finish. Stainless steel units for food or environmental considerations are also available.

Enmin’s vibratory compaction tables can be successfully employed in the consolidation of materials such as tobacco leaf, dry chemicals, fertilisers, powdered milk, plastic pellets, seeds, vegetables, yellow cake, carbon black, charcoal and salt among others.

A test facility to accurately establish the probable increase in consolidation as well as the most suitable vibration frequency for any specific product is also available.
