Also known as electromechanical vibratory feeders, EMF motor driven vibratory feeders are powered by twin, out of balance vibratory motors which produce a linear force when they are run in opposing directions. Their advantage over other vibratory feeding methods lies in their ability to deliver large amplitudes for conveying of all types of dry materials.
By using a frequency inverter, these motor driven vibratory feeders can be controlled with high levels of accuracy and are able to accept high head loads. Once calibrated, these motor driven vibratory feeders require little maintenance.
Enmin Vibratory Equipment offer a standard range of motor drive vibratory feeders, however EMF models are still able to be adapted to suit specific applications, from feeding and metering materials from belt conveyors, bins, or hoppers through to alignment feeders used in the food processing industry.
