Hydraulic Battery Pumps, BP Heavy Duty Battery Pump Series
Battery Pumps
Powerful portable battery pumps are being introduced by Enerpac to drive labour saving hydraulic tools and small to medium hydraulic cylinders on remote sites or wherever an electric cord or air hose gets in the way.
BP Heavy Duty Battery Pumps
The BP series heavy duty 28 volt lithium ion battery pumps weigh only 9.6 to 10.9 kg yet can power the latest generations of compact powerful high pressure single acting tools and cylinders up to 700 bar (10,000 psi).
Applications of BP Hydraulic Battery Pumps
BP series pumps represent complete convenience in extreme force hydraulic technology, being designed for everyday use with constant fade free power.
- Bolting, Tensioning and Line Crimping
- Spreaders and Nut Splitters
- Pipe Flange Spreaders and Movement of Machinery
- Mining, Construction and Maintenance Markets
- Fire and Rescue Services and Electrical Contractors
- Heavy Transport Operations, including Railway
The BP series capitalises on quantum leaps made in battery cell technology in recent years that results in high performance to weight ratios and shorter recharging times.
The two BP models (with either two litre or four litre reservoir and flow rates of 0.25 l/min at 700 bars) offer immediate charging after use, a quick one hour charge, two 3.0 amp hour battery packs and quick charger.
Benefits of Hydraulic Battery Pumps from Enerpac
Ease and safety of use in a lightweight, compact design with integrated ergonomic handle for portability. Dual power and variable speed operation offer preferred flow and precise control for rapid setup of tasks, then maximum power for task execution. An optional gauge offers optimum accuracy in measuring force
Reliable performance and productivity. Each of the battery packs, complemented by quick charger, offers more than six minutes of continuous power at maximum pressure with commensurately longer service on lighter tasks.
This is sufficient for more than 130 cuts of 9.5mm reinforcing bar, for example, 75 lifts of a spreader such as Enerpac’s WR5 model, safely removing 30 mm nuts using an Enerpac NC 3241 nut splitter, or lifting loads multiple times using five 100 ton jacks.
High serviceability, batteries can be recharged immediately without cool down. The pumps give a constant readout on power available from the market leading battery packs from the Milwaukee Electric Tool organisation, which covers them with a two year warranty.
The BP series is a truly professional grade tool that brings state of the art performance where users need to generate hydraulic force without the need for an external power source, such as mains electricity, compressed air, gas or manual operation.
The BP series’ on demand power for intermittent applications strongly complements other advanced pumping technologies from Enerpac, including cool running and energy saving ZU4T electric pumps and new generation 700 bar XVARI ® XA air over hydraulic foot pumps which enable finer and safer control of tasks while completing jobs up to twice as quickly as conventional pumps.
Capable of high duty cycles by leveraging proven pump element technology from Enerpac, the new series sets a market leading standard backed by the reputation of our company as the recognized global leader in high force tools and 700 bar hydraulic equipment used in industrial markets.
Enerpac has been established in Australia and New Zealand as a major supplier of 700 bar hydraulic equipment for 50 years, also having nationwide service backup and a strong distribution network.
