A specialist manager has been appointed by Enerpac (A Division of Actuant Corp) to support its customer base in the oil, gas and energy sectors in addition to further developing its global leadership in safety and efficiency-focussed technologies extensively used by these sectors.
Mr Slade Greenaway becomes Enerpac’s Manager, Oil and Gas Industry joining a team of Enerpac specialist managers servicing key market sectors and supporting Enerpac’s team of Territory Managers and network of distributors throughout Australasia.
“Slade Greenaway is widely known throughout the oil, gas and energy markets with 10 years of experience in the field and key roles with major industry, engineering and technical organisations serving them,” said Enerpac Australia and New Zealand Regional Manager Tony Brooks.
His excellent foundation of trades, marine, electrical and managerial disciplines – including six years with the Royal Australian Navy - will be of outstanding value to Enerpac customers, which globally include some of the world’s major resource and energy development organisations.
In addition to expanding Enerpac’s global market leadership in hydraulic high-force tools and technologies, Mr Greenaway will provide customer access to Enerpac Integrated Solutions capabilities including sophisticated PLC-controlled hydraulic technology that can safely lift, balance, weigh and launch massive resources structures up to 75,000 tons or more.
Applications of the technology range from petroleum drilling platforms and exploration machinery to land-based infrastructure items such as bridges, wharves and loading/unloading facilities.
