Enerpac’s Posi Lock pullers offer effective bearing and seal extraction

Posi Lock pullers from Enerpac , are available in capacities from 2-100 tonnes with two-jaw and three-jaw configurations - feature a patented “Safety Cage” jaw retention system designed to permit safe and efficient one-man operation without damage to the work piece.

The slim, tapered jaws are designed to overcome the common problem of difficult access to important vehicle and machinery components during overhaul and routine maintenance.

The manual and hydraulic Posi Locks offer efficiency as well as safety, because one man can do a job that often requires two men with other tools. The pullers will even grip on surfaces where normal pullers would slip off – for example, on tapered bearings. Features of the Posi Lock range include:

Manual models in capacities of 2-40 tons (17-356 kN) with roll-threaded shafts for less effort when applying high torque. Available with inside and outside pulling configurations, the expanded range includes maximum reaches from 101-355mm. The spread ranges from 12-635mm and weights from 1.4-30.8kg.

Hydraulic EPH models from 10-50-ton capacity (101-498 kN) with maximum reach from 203-355mm and spread range from 19-635mm. The EPH range of 10 - 50 tons, ranging in weight from 6.4 - 45.4kg, is available with ram point sets, long jaws and lift plates.

For heavy pulling tasks, the EPH 100 ton Grip Puller offers maximum reach of 1219mm and spread range of 190-1778mm. Mounted on a roller cart, the puller can be operated from floor level to a height of 1.7 metres.

Optional long jaws increase the reach and spread of both manual and hydraulic models, while retaining the same pulling capacities as standard jaws (but reducing clamping force by 25%).
